Huawei is sending out press invites to let a chosen few know about the global unveiling of a new device that will take place at MWC 2016.
While Huawei already announced the Mate 8 and the US-focused Honor 5X at CES this year, it still has more to come.
Huawei has sent out press invites for its Mobile World Congress event where it will unveil its newest device. In the invite, Huawei says, "Come see how Huawei continues to meet the demands of the next generation of mobile innovation.”
The invite gives very little away; we may see the Huawei P9 that has been appearing in reports of late, or Huawei may have something completely different up its sleeves.
An announcement at MWC means that Huawei will go up against the likes of Samsung and LG who are expected to announce flagship devices at the upcoming conference.
