The Division’s closed beta gets underway this weekend on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Here’s what you need to know about the upcoming beta.

When is The Division’s beta?

Xbox One owners will get their hands on the beta early. It opens on Xbox One on January 28th at 9pm GMT, while PC and PlayStation 4 players will get access to the closed beta at on January 29th at 12pm GMT.

You will be able to pre-load the beta ahead of its start date, so you should be ready to go once the beta launches.

The beta runs on all three platforms until January 31st.

How do you get access to the beta?

If you pre-order The Division, you get access to the beta by default. If that doesn’t sound like a plan to you, you can also sign up to a waiting list on The Division’s website. There will likely be keys released via Ubisoft’s and The Division’s social media channels. Humble Bundle did feature beta keys as part of its Weekly Sale, but that has since come to an end.

Ubisoft has started to send out beta keys, so check your mailbox if you think you should be getting one.

How big is The Division’s beta?

The beta is a sizeable 28.1GB, so you’ll need to have a decent amount of free space on your system of choice.

When will The Division be released?

The Division will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on March 8th.
