Who would have thought that a farming series would be so popular? Farming Simulator 17, the latest entry in the series, will be released on PC and console “at the end of 2016.” Expect to see more from the title in the very near future, as members of the media will get eyes on it later this week.

Giants Software, who was responsible for Farming Simulator 14, 15, and 16, is taking charge of development once again this time around.

"It's been a pleasure working with Focus throughout all these years," said Thomas Frey, VP of Giants Software. "This partnership is the water on the seed that made Farming Simulator grow into the global phenomenon it is today. Each time we release a new version together we reach more people, and we look forward to expanding this reach even further in the coming years."

Good news if you’re a fan of Farming Simulator titles; there’s no end in sight for the surprisingly popular series.

Expect to hear more about Farming Simulator 17 in the near future.
