Day of the Tentacle is back on March 22nd

If you were a PC gamer in the 90s, the very words Day of the Tentacle will echo in your memory, and you can relive the nostalgia soon
LucasArts made some pretty amazing point and click adventure games in the 90s, including the Monkey Island series and Sam and Max, but for many there's an extra warm and fuzzy feeling associated with Day of the Tentacle.
The game originally released all the way back in 1993 and tasked you with stopping the rise of an evil purple tentacle by teaming up with a good green tentacle to save the day. This will involve a lot of very complicated time travelling which used to hurt my brain as a young person. The game has been fully remastered and the new version will be released on the 22nd of March 2016.
Here's how it looks now.
The art looks a bit different, certainly a lot cleaner, but it still retains the manic animated style of the original. And of course you'll be able to swap back to the original graphics at the touch of a button and even use the old SCUMM interface for the ultimate nostalgia trip. It's launching on PC first, with Mac and Linux due at some point
