An open bar, live band and thousands of people to make conversation with, it’s the job fair with a difference.
Dubstarts Jobs Fair in Dublin City Centre is a place where people who are interested in working in technology can gather, communicate and make new contacts.
Vincent Lyons, founder of Dubstarts, said he came up with the idea after trying to get people from the technology community together.
“I was 21 years of age and I had nowhere to go to get involved in the tech community,” he told independent.ie
“I thought it would be a great idea to invite some of these people to the pub and then it turned into a full jobs event.”
Lisa Gallagher from BragBet said the fair is a great opportunity to meet graduates and “find raw talent”.
