Microsoft Band 2 could sport a curved display
Microsoft's Band 2 has been completely redesigned, according to leaked renders. It now has a curved display, metallic touches, and physical buttons.
Microsoft’s second attempt at a Band wearable could be a lot more aesthetically pleasing if leaked renders are anything to go by.
The upcoming Microsoft Band 2 will feature a curved display, according to images from Spanish site Microsoft Insider. The images show that the wearable has been redesigned and now features metallic touches around its face and physical buttons that could make it easier to navigate.
The Band 2 is reportedly going to come equipped with some new features, including the ability to track inclines in a user’s steps. This should ensure more accurate fitness statistics.
Little else is known about the wearable, but we’ll hear more in the very near future. Microsoft is hosting an event on October 6th where we will hear about Windows 10 devices. The Microsoft Band 2 is also expected to make an appearance on the night.
