How to see everyone who has ever rejected you on Facebook
Getting a random Facebook request can be both amusing and creepy but now you can see who has rejected you on the social network.
Here’s a simple way to see all the people in the history of Facebook who decided they didn’t want to be friends with you online (possibly in the flesh too).
It takes less than 60 seconds to do and it appears there are a lot of people out there who are really intrigued about who has turned down their offer of an online friendship.
Here’s the quick method currently being widely shared online:
1. Open Facebook (in a browser, not the app)
2. Click on the friend request tab
3. Select ‘view all’ in the drop down menu
4. Then click on ‘view sent requests’
You can then either cry about all those people you thought were your friend or celebrate that no one has ever refused to be your friend.
So if it’s been six years and that person you used to work with still hasn’t accepted, then it’s probably a good time to withdraw that request.
Are you addicted to Facebook? There could be a perfectly reasonable explanation for why you can’t stop scrolling through your newsfeed.
Scientists believe some people are simply ‘hardwired’ to do share too much information on social networks.
Lead study author Dr Dar Meshi found that people who feel compelled to share information about themselves online have heightened activity in a region of the brain responsible for social cognition and reward-related processing.
Meanwhile, do you have what it takes to work for Facebook? This interview question will test exactly that.
