Could this viral Apple hoax be what the new iPhone wireless headphones will look like?

A Twitter user has posted a hoax Apple iPhone advert, which has gone viral.
The tweet has over 44,000 retweets, and it features a mocked-up image of and iPhone with no headphone port, and some wireless earphones.
The person who posted the tweet, using the handle @SynKami, wrote: "I lost these and i dont even have em yet" - the devices look tiny.
People freaked out over the image, which features inconvenient-looking, tiny headphones which would probably get very quickly lost.
The advert, however, is definitely fake, as it hasn't been promoted by Apple and is riddled with spelling errors.
It seems to be the case that Apple is going to phase out the headphone jack on the iPhone 7 - and if this is the case, they will almost certainly provide wireless headphones with the device.
It's uncertain what they will look like - as ones as small as the products featured in the fake advert would indeed be easily lost.
The rumour has been one of the most persistent in recent months, after reports first emerged in early January that the forthcoming model could be made one millimetre slimmer by removing the jack.
The iPhone 7 will be the next generation of major iPhone release.
It is likely that the next iPhone will be showcased at a separate launch in California during early September 2016, before going on sale typically two weeks later.
