ISME to address role of SMEs in economic recovery

The Irish Small & Medium Enterprises Association (ISME) has announced it will host its’ annual conference at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry on 12 November.
According to ISME the theme of the conference is ‘survive, revive, thrive’, with the agenda concentrating on the ongoing economic difficulties and a particular emphasis on the role of SMEs in the economic recovery.
Matt Cooper, Journalist and Presenter on Today FM will chair the event.
At the launch of the Conference today, ISME Chairman Eilis Quinlan, said: “This year’s conference will address many of the concerns of the SME sector and, importantly, suggest solutions to assist business owners in the months and years ahead.
"Expert speakers, who have been there and done that, will outline their experiences and share with us their views on how we can trade our way through the current recession and implement strategies towards developing and growing businesses into the future. In summary, the path from survival to growth will be outlined, discussed and debated”.
“As always the conference programme will be supplemented by the opportunities to network and visit the conference exhibition area”.
