Dalriada is nearing the end of completion at this large, mixed development which will ultimately comprise 154 homes on 12 acres.
Showing this weekend is the current tranche of 25 houses which will be ready for occupation by year end. All of the two, three and four-bed apartments, duplexes and houses, come with an A3 energy rating from Winterbrook Ltd and there will be four show houses on view.
The two-bedroom apartment measures 764 sq ft and will be priced from €240,000. The three-bed duplex is 1,114 sq ft, marketed from €330,000. There are also three-bed townhouses, measuring 1,098-1,324 sq ft, which will start at €360,000, while the four-bedroom version will be from €400,000 for 1,335 sq ft of floor space. All kitchens are constructed with a contemporary finish including a range of Zanussi integrated appliances. Wardrobes are shaker style and Villeroy & Boch has fitted out the bathrooms. Energy is via natural gas central heating with a top-end condensing boiler. Windows are uPVC double glazed and there is a heat recovery ventilation system installed also with PV roof panels.
Dalriada is off the Ballycullen Road in Knocklyon. Dundrum town centre, Marlay Park and the M50 junction are nearby and there are regular bus routes just outside the development. Viewing is this Saturday from 11am-1pm.
