It's not just older people who are scammed on the internet...

Younger people are just as susceptible to email scams as older generations, an expert in the psychology behind such crime has warned.
Prof Stephen Lea, from the University of Exeter, said the perception that it is just retirees and older people who fall for online trickery isn't entirely accurate and said all users, and particularly those who shop online, need to be vigilant.
The professor of psychology recently undertook a study where he and his team responded to 100 email scams to gain an understanding of how scammers operate, what language and imagery they use, and how the scammers approach change once their target has responded among other traits.
"The worst things you can do is think, 'I'm not going to get scammed,'" said Lea of an attitude he believes is more prevalent among younger people.
"If you think that, then you definitely are," he said.
