Premium music subscription - on a budget
Spotify is one of the most popular music sharing apps for smartphones across all the platforms. It's universally available, so whether you have an Android, Windows, or iPhone handset you can still use the basic services for free. Most people, though, baulk at the thought of paying the full €9.99 subscription for the service. From now until the end of June, Spotify have a trial package of three months' premium subscription for the price of one. All you need to sign up is your subscription details and not to have benefited from this reduction before. Visit www.spotify.com/ie/3for1 for more information.
Vodafone customers can get their Spotify subscription for a reduced price, depending on their Vodafone plan. For example, pay-as-you-go customers can add Spotify to their price plan for just €5 per month (basically half price). Bill pay customers can add to their monthly charges in several different ways and some of these include extra data in the charges.

Pool fun for all the family
Based on the popular computer game, The Angry Birds Movie was released in Ireland last month and continues to be popular nationwide. This paddling pool aims to tap into the Angry Birds hype this summer and is sure to be a winner. I know that my young kids would love a paddling pool that comes with three inflatable Angry Birds and two pig targets. The idea is that you use the catapult at one end to knock the pigs down using the blow up birds. The Bestway Angry Birds Paddling Pool is available from Littlewoods Ireland for €52 at the moment.
