Know your mobile rights

Shoppers have been warned to 'know their rights' when buying online after the competition watchdog ruled against Vodafone.
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission said the mobile phone provider needs to provide more details to shoppers in relation to the cancellation of contracts.
European legislation states customers have the right to cancel some mobile phone contracts within a set time and that traders must provide this information before shoppers make their purchase.
Vodafone has now agreed to change its website to advise people of their legal rights.
It also means consumers who bought online in the past 12 months and wish to cancel their contract can find the relevant details online.
The move comes after providers Meteor, Three and eMobile all received compliance notices from the Commission earlier this year.
