Paddy Power reports 17 per cent growth
Bookmakers Paddy Power has reported growth of 17 per cent for last year.
The company said its revenues for the year to the end of December rose to €745m, while profits before tax grew by 5pc to €141m.
Paddy Power's chief executive Patrick Kennedy told RTE's Morning Ireland that the company has experienced growth in all of its divisions.
He said in particular, there has been strong growth online. It's online division now accounts for over three quarters of group profits.
Paddy Power reported dividend growth of 13pc to 135 cent per share for the year, with an 11pc increase in the final dividend to 90 cent per share.
