'Oh my god, it was fantastic...'

Education: " I did a culinary arts degree at Galway-Mayo IT and am now studying part-time for a masters in management practice at the Irish Management Institute. I'm deeply in the mire! My thesis is on organisational change".
Hobbies: "I love to walk in the countryside and I'm interested in fine art. I collect a bit - mostly modern Irish art, people like Patrick Redmond. My favourite artist is Louis le Brocquy. And I love wine - too much! I've fallen in love with French wine, so we're going to Bordeaux this summer. I'm not a wine snob by any means. In fact, I'm a huge fan of Lidl's wine - €19.99 for a bottle worth €40 or €50? You can't complain. I've considered doing a wine qualification. I have so many ambitions for when I have more time".
Languages: "I speak a little bit of French - working for a French company I get to try it out occasionally - and a smattering of Spanish."
Last good meal: "With college friends in Canteen in Blackrock market. Oh my god, it was fantastic".
Describe yourself: "Easy-going, pragmatic, flexible. My life has changed so much with my mum becoming ill and my dad dying... you learn nothing is fixed. I'm not tied up in possessions."
