RTE airs new radio prices
Agencies have been told that RTE plans to increase its radio rates next month. The Radio 1 audience package will rise by 1.9pc and the business package by 2.2pc. The 2FM package will increase from 28 to 30 spots, with costs up by 3.75pc.
The primetime package for 2FM will drop from 15 to 14 spots with the cost down by 5.3pc. The 2FM drivetime cost is up by 2.6pc. There are four new packages across the three RTE stations. Lyric FM will have a new nine-spot charity package.
