New non-executive directors appointed at the Irish Times

The Irish Times Limited has appointed former RTE executive Clare Duignan and Rhona Murphy, the Irish-born former chief executive of US news website The Daily Beast, as non-executive directors.
Claire Duignan retired as managing director of RTÉ Radio in 2013. She is a non-executive director of the Digital Hub Development Agency, The Dublin International Film Festival, Business to Arts, and a number of other not-for profits.
Rhona Murphy is the founder of RMM Consulting, which specialises in management advice and strategic planning for digital businesses.
Until 2014 she was ceo of New York-based news website, The Daily Beast, and was previously the publisher of Newsweek International.
