Škoda goes down Irish road in new Campaign
Campaign of the week
Škoda cars might not be made in Ireland, but in its latest advertising campaign, the car manufacturer - which had a 6.6pc market-share of all new car sales in 2016 - emphasises that they were designed with Irish drivers and roads in mind.
The new campaign was created by Dublin agency Boys and Girls and follows on from an earlier one which does away with much of the pretence that permeates throughout a lot of hyper-stylized and overly-slick international car ads. Instead, the new campaign focuses on all-too-familiar everyday situations and the realities of driving a car here. The campaign, which is called Made for Ireland, features Škoda's brand new range, including its 7-seater Kodiaq.
