The company has worked with Enterprise Ireland over the years and has participated in several international trade events, including in Japan.

“The Asia Pacific market is currently the fastest growing aviation market with the global share of passenger traffic currently at 31pc and likely to increase to 42pc by 2034 – this is a key region for CAE Parc Aviation,” Minister for Jobs, Enterprise, and Innovation Mary Mitchell-O’Connor said.

There was praise for the support offered by Enterprise Ireland from the MD of CAE Parc Aviation, Frank Collins, who also said that “new business coming on stream in Asia, EMEA, and the US means that our growth will continue creating 80 new jobs over the next three years, with 30 of those coming on-stream in 2017.”

CEO of Enterprise Ireland, Julie Sinnamon, said that she was “delighted to see the growth of the company which has maximised opportunities generated through Enterprise Ireland’s overseas office network and we wish them continued success for the future.”
