The odd thing is that probably no one has more friends in high places than Vincent Browne.
His contacts and access have long been the envy of lesser journalists.
All the more credit to him for not sparing his friends a TV savaging, but perhaps even more credit is due to the victims for remaining friends, although, as he regularly complains, many are now declining to come back for more. The Punt wonders why?
