The Urban Land Institute (ULI), the global real estate research and education organisation, has established a national council for Ireland.
Chaired by Hines Ireland's managing director Brian Moran, the Irish council brings together ULI's members in Ireland and provide them with a forum to discuss and address the challenges facing the country's real estate sector.
It is ULI's fourteenth European council and was launched at a real estate capital markets forum in Dublin yesterday.
The forum included a round-table discussion between 30 senior professionals on the future of Ireland's capital markets, chaired by Marc Mogull, managing partner at Benson Elliott Capital Management.
