Two retail outlets have been let recently at South Anne St, which connects Grafton and Dawson streets in Dublin 2.
Agents Savills have not disclosed the letting details for the units at the development known as 21-26 South Anne Street and owned by Briarglen Ltd.
However, Savills are understood to have been quoting €200,000 a year for unit 2 and €75,000 for unit 3.
Kitchen Complements, which sells a range of cookware and other cooking accessories, have re-located to unit 2 from their former premises on Chatham Street.
Aviary Lane Hair Studio have opened at the adjacent unit 3 which was formerly occupied by Aveda.
Kitchen Complements is owned by retailer Anne McNamee who plans to introduce on-site cooking demonstrations at the firm's new premises.
