Two Dundalk shops have recently sold at a yield of around 10pc. The Jack & Jones and Vera Moda shops on Clanbrassil Street have been bought by a private investor for an undisclosed sum.
The agent Raymond Fee is believed to have been quoting €1m for the two storey over basement premises with a total floor area of 593sqm (6,380sq ft) over basement, ground and first floors.
The same agent achieved undisclosed key money for the sale of the leasehold interest on the ground floor at 99 Clanbrassil Street, formerly the Zest cafe, where the annual rent is €15,000 per year.
