The Ringsend premises extends to 740sqm and includes self contained upper floor residential accommodation. Receiver Michael Cotter of Ernst & Young has set a price tag of €1m.
Standing on a 0.24 acre site, The Scholars premises extends to 532sqm and it has on-site parking for 15 cars. The asking price is €700,000.
As well as being a busy shopping street, Clanbrassil St is one of the principal arterial routes connecting the South suburbs of Harold's Cross, Terenure, Templeogue and Rathfarnham with the city centre.
