TV3 HAS lifted its employee pay freeze and increased all staff salaries by 2pc.
The station's decision to increase salaries came after "a successful performance for the group in 2013".
In 2009, TV3 implemented a drastic series of redundancies, pay cuts and pay freezes as a result of "the difficulties in the advertising market and the economic environment".
On average, salaries shrank by 7pc and the pay freeze remained in place for almost five years.
Director of content Jeff Forde informed employees of the pay rise before Christmas and it was implemented in January.
"It (2013) was a significant year for TV3," he said. "Despite a worsening ad market, TV3 continues to buck the trend by contin-uing to grow market share."
