Adsmart was set up by Tom Ryan in 2009, with the help of a part time Graphic designer. Along with a marketing degree and a great track record of building brands in the retail industry, Tom hit the ground running and quickly built a client base with large retail customers providing them with a full range of marketing services.
The daring decision to set up a company in the midst of a recession certainly hasn’t stopped Tom and the Adsmart team. With an ever expanding workforce and a turnover reaching over €1m, the company is attracting a local and national presence in today’s industry. With the development of an effective business model the company has made it’s name and delivered a valuable “one stop” marketing service to businesses across the country.
Adsmart is a full service marketing company providing a large range of services to businesses without an “in house” marketing department in their company. The team provide their expertise in many aspects, these include web development, marketing consultancy, graphic design, print management, and most recently online marketing. The team believe they maintain their status against other companies by offering the extensive range of services at competitive prices.
Recently winning the award for North Tipperary County Business of the year 2012, Adsmart have been acknowledged by the North Tipperary Enterprise Board as an innovative marketing company. Adsmart are hoping to do well next month in as a finalist in the National Enterprise Award held in the Mansion House.
With offices in Tipperary and Dublin, they have recently promoted the business in the North, expressing that their goal is to eventually develop a presence in the UK. With clients such as Euronics, Supermac’s, Xtravision, Proctor & Gamble and Pfizer, Adsmart aim to double its staff and triple turnover in the next five years.
This ambitious business plan will be the result of an increase in online marketing, Tom explains “marketing strategies are constantly developing, we are seeing the internet being used as a primary tool to get the message out there. People are looking for websites and e-marketing, where as before it was brochures and flyers”
