Debt-LADEN toll road operator Sacyr may offload some of its Irish operations to Spanish buyout firm Globalvia.
It is understood that Sacyr is reviewing the ownership of some of its non-core assets, including Irish and other European assets.
Infrastructure fund Globalvia is said to be interested in these assets, having raised up to €750m to buy roads.
Sacyr is involved in the M50 Dublin ring road and the N6 Galway to Tuam road, which was built under a public-private partnership.
