Shelbourne secures three office lettings
Garrett Kelleher's Shelbourne Developments has secured three new lettings for his landmark property at 13/17 Dawson Street, formerly the Royal & Sun Alliance Building.
Centaur Fund Services, a finance company, and Conning Asset Management have taken around 265sqm and 300sqm of office accommodation on the third floor respectively. Allied Risk Management has taken 265sqm for offices on the second floor. All three lettings are on three-year lease terms and the rental levels achieved were in the region of €269 per sqm per annum with incentives.
Joint letting agents are BNP Paribas Real Estate and CB Richard Ellis who say they are optimistic that interest in the location "will carry through into 2010".
