Carlow's Lorraine Twohill (43) is Ireland's top ranker at Google.
She joined the company in 2003 and has been its head of marketing since 2009. Since 2011, she has been part of the inner management team, guiding how the search giant spends its $1bn advertising budget each year. Google's share price has risen 14-fold since it floated in 2004. Based on peers at other big tech group, Twohill could easily be sitting on close to €36m-plus in shares and options.
