The F1 legend is now a high-end real estate speculator who has recently put his Killiney Hill pad up for rent on Airbnb. It costs €1,200 per night with a minimum three-night stay. With a marvellous kitchen, pool and stunning views, it's property porn at its downright filthiest.

Irvine made about €45m during his racing career and has spent lots of it on an island, the Anaconda super-yacht, Ferraris, a private jet and partying. He is involved in home-building and development in Miami, selling three houses for €27m in 2013 as well as a €5.5m beach house.

He spent €3.5m buying the Exuma yacht club in the Caribbean and plans to develop it into a luxury resort. There are also interests back in Northern Ireland ranging from go-karting and leisure to shipping and property.
