Refurbished offices with view overlooking Green

Dublin's City Council is seeking a tenant for its extensively refurbished Georgian house, 14 St Stephen's Green, located at the junction at the top of Dawson Street and between Grafton Street and the Shelbourne Hotel.

Agent Peter Levins of Bannon, is quoting a rent of €269 per sqm on flexible lease terms for the 464.5sqm property.

"We have received a number of diverse enquiries from financial, IT and telecom consultancies, embassies and several global multi-national corporations seeking an attractive and unique European base.

"Not only does it overlook the Green, but its refurb-ishment transforms it from a traditional Georgian building, to a modern corporate headquarters accommodation with full air conditioning and modern data cabling, sensitively inserted into the fabric of the property, without disturbing the original Georgian features," he says.
