QUINN Healthcare has hiked its prices by an average of 12pc blaming "continued pressure" on its business.
It said the health insurance levy will have cost the business more than €100m from 2009 to the end of the year.
Quinn-Healthcare also said it had been hit by higher costs linked to the price of private beds and medicines with the new prices coming into effect in January.
Quinn-Healthcare is currently in the process of being sold.
