Quinlan Private (QP) has sold a property in London's upmarket Mayfair area for £6m (€6.8m).
The refurbished office building at 11 Upper Brook St, together with a residential property at the rear, was bought by a Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth Fund. QP had occupied the offices and is moving to another building it owns in Mayfair.
James Andrew, the buyer's agency, said the deal demonstrates the strong demand that remains for high specification property in quality locations such as Mayfair.
Meanwhile a private Irish investor is aiming to gross a €16m profit from the sale of National Magazine House, in London's Soho district.
The investor is asking £45m (€51.7m) for the 55,000 sq ft block at 72 Broadwick St in the West End which it bought only a year ago for £31.4m (€36m).
