IRISH businesses could save more than €13m a year thanks to a move by Enterprise Minister Batt O'Keeffe (above) to scrap the need to preprint headed notepaper each time company directorships change.
The Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement has issued a guidance note that directors' names no longer have to be pre-printed on headed paper.
The move will save businesses around €250 each annually.
