Northside industrial units are in demand

Developers and landlords of industrial property have scored some rental successes in north Dublin in the last six months when over 250,000sq ft of space was transacted by their agent Savills.
Michael Cotter's Park Developments has let two units at Northwest Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. Unit 508B, comprising 1,395sqm, has been let to Devine Logistics on a 10-year lease at an annual rent rising to €112,600 per annum.
Unit 508A, comprising around 885sqm, has been let to MPDI on a six-year lease on annual rent of €61,920.
In Finglas, developers McDermot and O'Farrell let a 1,895sqm facility to Homeware Lux, importer and national distributor of homeware products on a five-year lease at an annual rent of €140,000.
At Century Business Park, Unit 3C, a 422sqm unit has been let to Digi-Scan on a three-year lease at €30,000 per annum.
