New opportunties for Dublin retail outlets

Two retail business opportunities have been brought to the market by Lisney. In Donnybrook, Dublin 4, Roy Fox's Food Gourmet Shop is offered for sale as a going concern, quoting €425,000.
In the city centre, 39 Mary St, Dublin 1, is available to rent for €400,000 a year.
Currently occupied by a Best men's fashion store, its floor plate includes 202sqm at ground floor, 185sqm at first floor and 34sqm of basement storage. It is located on a busy stretch across from The Jervis Centre.
Lisney has also recently let two city centre outlets. On behalf of landlords, Irish Life Investment Managers, it has let 2 South Anne St, to Keville Hairdressers.
It has also let the last retail unit at King's Inns House, King's Inns St. The shop is 465sqm and has been let to Oxfam. The quoted rent was €20 per sq. ft.
