NAMA has taken over the assets securing loans for a number of the former McInerney UK companies which are in administration.
The assets concerned include mixed use premises at the Genesis Business Park in Park Royal, as well as a development site at Vantage Business Park in Enfield near London.
The second phase of Genesis involved 12 units of between 1,916 to 2,460sq ft in two terraces of two-storey warehousing with office accommodation.
In addition NAMA has also moved to enforce its security on McInerney's offices at Pemberton Park, Wigan; Basset Court, Grange Park, Northampton; Nightingale Place, Pendeford Business Park, Wolverhampton and the Ventner Building at Rainton Bridge Business Park, Durham.
Meanwhile the administrator on McInerney's UK residential development sites has sold three of them at auction.
