McFeely's apartments in London on NAMA list
A LONDON apartment block owned by developer Tom McFeely appears to be one of a number of properties seized by NAMA since early November.
The bad bank has published a list of properties it took control of during November. The list apparently includes a Stratford, east London, apartment block that had been controlled by Mr McFeely, while the remaining properties listed are located primarily in Cork and Dublin, although two farms in Meath were also subject to "enforcement action" as NAMA describe it.
The Cork properties include developments in Bandon, Kinsale and Clonakilty and three in Glanmire.
In Dublin, three sites in Loughlinstown and one in Lucan have been taken over. The other properties are in Galway, Kildare, Sligo and Wicklow.
Of the 36 properties seized, only one in Cork is for sale.
