Justice for the Clane Men's Shed as real ale comes back with Kelly's

The first batch of ale brewed in Clane moved off the production line last week. The brainchild of Ronan and Jacqui Kelly, the ale takes its place among the best of the new wave of craft brews in Ireland.
The Kellys came all the way back from Abu Dhabi to pursue their dream of owning and running a microbrewery.
Securing a unit in Thompson Enterprise Centre, they constructed a state-of-the-art brewing and bottling plant.
Under the watchful eye of master brewer Joe Bergin, and with the expertise of engineering specialist Eamon Cosgrove, they assembled the plant and produced the first ale brewed in Clane in modern times.
Members of Clane Men's Shed "volunteered" to be the first tasters - and they say they were all very impressed with the taste and quality of the brew.
Under the name of Kelly's Mountain Brew, this pale ale at 4.5pc ABV is called Justice and will be widely available from this month. Jacqui Kelly, the artist who designed the label and company logo, is also in charge of marketing and sales.
Justice is made from natural ingredients with no added chemicals in the style that has made German beers famous worldwide.
