Investors to dance to the samba beat
Irish investors, developers and entrepreneurs will be invited to invest in commercial properties and other businesses in Brazil when a seminar takes place at the Royal College of Physicians, 6 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on June 24.
It will be organised by the Embassy of Brazil and will feature speakers with in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian property, infrastructure and construction markets.
Development opportunities range from shopping centres and leisure resorts to housing and biofuel projects.
The Brazilian economy is expected to grow by more than 5pc this year and will be boosted in the medium term by the 2016 Olympic Games.
Recent discoveries by Brazil's state oil company made it one of the world's largest energy-producing countries.
