Industrial market is split

Divisions are deepening in the industrial market with older obsolete stock being left behind as demand focuses on newer buildings.

This is not surprising given the value available and most of the deals are lettings.

Woody O'Neill of JLL told me that the supply of larger buildings (2,500-5,000 sq m) is getting tight in the Naas Road area, an area where occupiers have limited choice.
