Independent Digital announce winners of Grand Prix Awards for Q2
The winner of the Independent Digital Grand Prix Awards Quarter 2 is The Baseballs from Warner Music.
The runner up of the Independent Digital Grand Prix Awards Quarter 2 is Discover Ireland from PHD.
Quarter winners receive a weekend away for two in a luxury hotel in Ireland.
Runners up receive a €200shopping voucher for the Dundrum Shopping Centre.
In 2009 Independent Digital launched a new digital advertising award, the first of its kind in Ireland. The new award - 'The Independent Digital Grand Prix Awards' was designed to recognise brand/marketing managers and the creativity and effectiveness of their digital campaigns.
Each quarter, six campaigns which run on the Independent Digital network are shortlisted. Industry peers vote in their numbers for their favourite campaign on www.idworks.ie with the campaign receiving the highest amount of votes from each quarter going through to the Grand Final. The awards feature the online creative and background information on the advertising campaigns shortlisted.
