Head of Ogilvy Group joins stellar speaker line up for IAB Connect

IAB Ireland, the trade association for the Irish online advertising industry, has announced it is to hold it's inaugural online advertising conference in Dublin on February 17.

The event, called IAB Connect, will be held at Chartered Accountant's House, Pearse Street.



Scott Seaborn created Ogilvy’s mobile division and leads its operation across the 12 Ogilvy Group agencies. His work has won 17 awards since 2008 including two Cannes Lions.



Prior to joining Ogilvy Scott had won 12 awards for his work with mobile. Scott will demonstrate how mobile advertising and creativity can be used to grow revenues.



IAB Connect will provide key insights as to what is happening in the online market today, the challenges facing the industry and case studies from advertisers who have seen real differences in their revenues from adapting their marketing online.



The keynote speaker is Jef Vandecruys, Global Project Leader, Digital Connections, Anheuser-Busch InBev. Jef will share his company’s digital journey as brands such as Budweiser revolutionised their marketing in favour of the digital channel.



Other speakers at the event include Alain Heureux, President, IAB Europe, Kieron Matthews founder of the Digital Consultancy as well as leading local experts.



From brands to consultancies, advertising agencies to research companies the IAB Connect presenters will cover all aspects of online advertising.
