Harvey Norman makes itself at home in capital
Breakfast was served at Harvey Norman as its new flagship store was launched in style yesterday morning in Tallaght, Dublin.
The group revamped the Airton Road Retail Park to create a "world class" technology and interior store worth €6m.
The company has been in Ireland for 13 years, and stressed its commitment to the Irish market and plans for growth in the coming years.
"Many said we would leave, we were never going anywhere," said CEO of Harvey Norman Ireland Blaine Callard at the exclusive breakfast launch.
The new store offers customers easy accessibility, 250 free car park spaces, 42 cycle park stands and a Costa Coffee cafe. Our picture, by Damien Eagers, shows Ollie (4) and Anna Mae (2) Collins from Maynooth testing out bunk beds at the new store.
