Irish-owned Buy4Now Technology Group has signed an international export software contract to provide Roche Bros with an e-grocery shopping site based on the latest Buy4Now technology.

The software contract, valued at half-a-million euro, will deploy Irish software services to the US grocer. The company has a strong track record in the e-grocery market in Ireland, with clients including Superquinn.ie.

Roche Bros has 18 high-end supermarkets in Boston. The site can be accessed via http://shop.rochebros.com.

Commenting on the US contract, Michael Veale, CEO of Buy4Now, said: "Having a strong track record in the e-grocery space proved significant in winning this international contract for our software services and proves that we, as an Irish company, have the products to compete in the international market."
