Fit-out company sees sales hit €100m and adds two directors
Irish property fit-out company Mac Interiors has added two new directors as revenue at the firm hits €100m.
The firm has appointed Guy Hollis, formerly of JLL and CBRE, to the board along with Jason Flannery, who joined the firm in 2015 as engineering director after stints at Mercury Engineering and Jones Engineering.
Mac Interiors will report a 35pc increase in sales this year, with 60pc of its order book already secured for 2017.
Staff numbers are being raised from 60 to 95.
Managing director Paul McKenna said the firm was pushing hard to reach profitability in its target markets.
"We are continuing to develop our capacity and expertise to execute this vision and are delighted to welcome Guy and Jason, both with considerable industry pedigree, to our new board line-up. Their addition to the team puts us in an even stronger position to drive the business after a very successful and rewarding 2016," he said.
The company has been involved in a number of high-profile projects recently, including work for Hibernia REIT on One Dockland Central, Irish Life on 1GQ, Davy's development of its Waterloo Exchange facility, and AerCap's new 65 St Stephen's Green offices.
