Emirates Airlines takes the train to launch new service

DART users are becoming used to seeing an enormous multi-coloured train on the line between Greystones and Howth for the first time since 1997.
The train is advertising the launch of Emirates Airlines' Dublin-Dubai daily service from January 9, across eight carriages. The lead and end carriages are kitted out in a striking corporate red with the announcement of the route and launch date.
Another carriage features the word Emirates in enormous colourful text. The other carriages show stunning images of Dubai and points beyond served by Emirates such as India, the Far East and Africa -- reflecting Dubai's status as a hub for Emirates.
Emirates has booked the advertising for a period of three months from its first appearance on the line last week.
The train forms part of a highly visible multi-format outdoor advertising campaign that also features Bravo Outdoor's recently introduced and striking 'Megasquare' format on Dublin Bus sides. Bravo Outdoor and Mediavest were involved in the campaign.
