Eir beefs up board with three new additions, including ex-TalkTalk boss
Telecoms firm Eir has added three new non-executive directors to the board of Eircom Holdings Ireland Limited, including former TalkTalk chief executive David Goldie.
Mr Goldie joins the board with 30 years experience in the business where he has spent time as CEO of Opal Telecom and as an executive director of The Carphone Warehouse.
He currently chairs the Ask4 Group and Southern Communications.
The State's largest telco also announced the addition of Rosalia Portela De Pablo and Paul Reynolds to the board.
Ms Portela De Pablo has been in the sector for 14 years, working with Telefonica, and Spanish telecoms company Ono, where she was chief executive.
Mr Reynolds joins the board with more than 30 years in the business, including time as head of Telecom New Zealand.
Eir chairman Padraig McManus welcomed the new directors.
