Drogheda night club for sale

The Fusion Night Club and bar in Drogheda town is being sold by the owner Bernard McGuinness "lock stock and barrel" along with adjoining properties.

Selling agent Thomas Byrne is quoting €625,000 for the nightclub as well as three properties which have a total site area of more than 600sqm and which form a strategic link between George's St and the Fair Green business area of the town.

Fusion accommodates two night clubs with a combined 604sqm of floor area over two storeys and these along with McGuinness Bar form one property on George's St.

One of the clubs was built in 2008 when the other was refurbished.

In total there are four bar areas in the clubs along with a smoking area.

Two of the other properties can be sold in separate lots. These include a commercial storage unit of 330sqm and a yard at Fair Green which might fetch about €90,000 and a three-bedroom house at 14 George's St which could sell for around €65,000.

Mr Byrne says finance can also be arranged for the right client.

"This is a great chance for any young go-ahead business person to acquire one of Drogheda's most iconic buildings steeped in entertaining history," he adds.
