Developer Ray Grehan declared bankrupt in Britain with debts of €300m

DEVELOPER Ray Grehan has been declared bankrupt, according to new documents.
One of his main businesses was Glenkerrin homes which included the Grange apartment complex in Dublin as well as a part share of a Belfast office block but he also had property investments across the globe.
According to the UK Insolvency Service website, he was declared bankrupt on December 30 with an address in east London.
The National Asset Management Agency is pursuing Mr Grehan for €312m.
